Business Process Analyst

Heavy focus on Process/Systems analysis skills a must.

Duration: Direct hire, long-term

Location: metro Detroit, MI office, with occasional light travel

Compensation: $75,000 salary

Job Requirements

* 3 - 5 years of total experience

* 3 - 5 years Business Process Analyst experience. Experience with a Big 5 pedigree (Cap, E&Y,
Accenture, Deloitte, etc.) REQUIRED.

* Experience as lead BA w/Systems & Process background, preferably in Manufacturing
environment (Supply Chain, Product Development also acceptable)

* Ability to document current state, future state, GAP analysis, etc.

* Ability to build relationships with Business Units (Purchasing, etc.)

* Local to Michigan

* Must be US Citizen or green card holder with excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Good leadership potential, someone on the Consultant/
Sr. Consultant/Partnership track

Education

4-year degree, preferably a Business Major in Manufacturing or MIS. MBA is nice to have.
